From the start, Spruce was built as an Aveda Concept salon. Founded in 1978, Aveda has become one of the most respected, trusted and desired brands for discriminating clientele. From their plant-based ingredients to their philanthropy, the Aveda brand is synonymous with Responsibility. And Spruce's partnership with Aveda translates to this; "It's a way of doing business. Aveda is not just a brand we carry. We made a very conscious decision to be a part of the Aveda family. From the ground up, Spruce is an Aveda salon."
The seeds of Spruce were planted over 20 years ago as the owner, Leah Webb, began to invest in her passion for beauty. From an early age she was curious to understand
how glamour and beauty were developed. This natural curiosity sprouted into an enthusiasm that remains as unfettered today as then. And now with years of education and professional experience, she understands the science behind the aesthetic. Her earlier professional years were spent cultivating this devotion through various endeavors including editorial, commercial, and television work.* With Spruce Salon, her life-long pursuit has found a permanent home where her passion for what is beautiful inside and out, flourish.

Late Guests Policy
We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! (512) 402-9992
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.Because we are typically booked throughout each day, accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.
Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we can not guarantee that your services will be performed that day. We may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a charge that is 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). “No Shows” are also subject to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).
All credit card information is confidential and secure
We do not accept personal checks.
Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.
Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be returned for store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for store credit. There are no cash refunds, although a store credit may be applied to either products or services. Note: We do not offer refunds for personal blends products.
Gift Certificate Policy
Use of the Spruce Salon gift certificate card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Gift certificates are valid at Spruce Salon only for all products and services available.
Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
Please call Spruce Salon at concerning lost gift certificates, at which time the serial number must be provided for reissue.
As parents we understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on your self. We also understand that your "me time" does not always align with your hair care appointments. However our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children (12+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area.
While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.
